CA Engineering has used COTS Wi-Fi radios in out-of-ISM band implementations including radio designs just above and just below normal Wi-Fi ISM bands. Also, we have utilized mixing techniques to take COTS Wi-Fi radios to frequencies far outside of normal Wi-Fi ISM bands.
